Kuwait Info. Min. meets with Expo965 team

Kuwait: Minister of Information and Culture and Minister of State for Youth Affairs Abdulrahman Al-Mutairi met Thursday with the founders and members of the Expo965 team for heritage and craft fairs and Kuwaiti innovators.

In a statement, the ministry said both sides touched on projects related to preserving Kuwaiti heritage and intensifying cultural programs, in addition to discussing ways of cooperation between the ministry and the team.

The two sides also discussed the current situation of handicrafts in Kuwait and ways to develop them to practically contribute to raising the level of individual and family income, in addition to its effective contribution to increasing the national product in line with the vision of (New Kuwait 2035), the statement added.

The delegation of the Expo 965 team included the founder and general coordinator Mohammad Kamal, Hussein Al-Qattan, Ahmad Al-Sharqawi, Khaled Al-Hadab and Professor Ali Al-Najada.
