Kuwait returns staff capacity to 100%

Kuwait's Cabinet agreed to return employees' capacity at state departments to 100% starting from March 13, and to allow public transportation to carry passengers in full capacity. Mosques are allowed to end physical distancing, while indoor conferences and meetings are also allowed to take place. Social gatherings are also allowed indoors or outdoors provided that health protocols are followed. The new measures become effective as of February 20.
