Kuwaiti film 'Sirb Al-Hamam' (The Pigeon Flock) won two awards at the 2017 Delhi International Film Festival in India. The film competed with 20 films from all over the Arab world, including Tunisia, Morocco, Algeria, Iraq, Palestine, Jordan, Syria and Lebanon. It was announced as the winner of the Best Picture and Best Director for the Arab film category during the festival which was held yesterday.

The movie's director Ramadan Khasrow said that the win came as a result of the efforts of all actors and technical staff who worked on the film, in addition to the full support of Sheikha Intesar Salem Al-Ali Al-Sabah, who have supported the film from the beginning.
