KUWAIT: Kuwait Tennis Federation gives ranking points to clubs players participating in Kuwait’s Eighth open tennis tournament as the deadline for registration in the event is approaching which is 27th February, 2017.

The tournament will start on March 2nd and continues until March 14th, as the board of directors agreed to give ranking points to clubs players as the technical rules of KTA stipulates. That was in a statement by Sheikh Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Abdallah Al-Sabah, Chairman of the Board and President of the Higher Organizing Committee, who urged all sports clubs to have their players participate in the tournament.

Sheikh Ahmad Al-Jaber called upon all those who play the same to participate as well as current and former national team members to also be involved. He said Kuwait Open Tennis tournament plays an important role to spread the game and develop it in Kuwait and wished it all success.
