KUWAIT: Traffic seen on the first official business day of Ramadan. Solving the traffic problem takes more than developing public transportation alone. The problem will most likely persist as long as the population growth remains high while the country's infrastructure remains unchanged since the 1980s. There is general consensus in Kuwait that only way to resolve the issue is by building new and expanded road and urban infrastructures.
