KUWAIT: Tournament of the late Sheikh Ali Sabah Al-Salem Al-Sabah annual tournament will kick off today at Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Olympic Shooting Complex, with a large number of participating shooters from the club, National Guard in addition to shooters from Bahrain and UAE.

Competitions are in the trap, double trap, skeet, 10m air rifle and pistol. Secretary General of Kuwait and Arab Shooting Federations Obeid Munahi Al-Osaimi thanked the family of the late Sheikh Ali Sabah Al-Salem for their annual patronage of the tournament and participation in distributing prizes and medals.

He said the club is proud of organizing the tournament each year as it bring memories of one of Kuwait's faithful men who contributed so much, and exerted unlimited efforts that contributed to achieving Kuwait's development and advancements.

Al-Osaimi urged all participants whose number reached 200 shooters of both genders to exert all efforts to win this precious cup. The closing ceremony will be held Saturday 4/11 at the club premises at 5:30 pm.
