Ahmed Al-Gharabally

A popular, well-known local entrepreneur, humanitarian and activist, Ahmed Al-Gharabally passed away yesterday. He was the founder of local real estate website, masahati.com and Adlyx, the digital media consultancy and a shining example of Kuwait’s best and brightest.

Al-Gharabally, who attended the American School of Kuwait and the American University of Kuwait, was active in the community and on social media, organizing a variety of community initiatives and efforts to improve Kuwait.

His volunteer work included N-Mu, Sout Al Kuwait, Mantaqame, Kuwait Rights & Progress Forum and Legalize Kuwait. Ahmed also initiated a campaign to encourage humane treatment and respect for Kuwait’s street cleaners through social media.
