Man arrested with 14,600 psychoactive pills

KUWAIT: Criminal detectives arrested an Asian man with possession of 14,600 psychoactive tablets and cash. The suspect was arrested red handed while exchanging the drugs with an undercover agent. He showed strong resistance before police were able to put him under arrest. The suspect confessed to trading in illicit substances and led detectives to an apartment where he hid the drugs. He was sent to the proper authorities to face charges.

Fire

A family was rescued from a fire reported in a Salwa apartment Monday night. Firemen from two different fire stations responded to the scene and rescued the family members, before they successfully tackled the blaze. No injuries were reported.
