KUWAIT: An man tortured a woman he claimed was his ex-wife, causing injuries to her tongue, face and ear, in addition to several stab wounds. The man was arrested with a knife in his hand and is being sent to the prosecution. Police received a call about a fight on Sour Street in Kuwait City between a man and a woman, who sought the help of passersby as she was bleeding.

Police and detectives went to the scene and found the man with a knife in his hand, and the woman was next to him in a very bad condition. Paramedics rushed her to Amiri Hospital. The man, an Egyptian, was taken to Salhiya police station. He claimed the woman was his estranged wife, but investigations revealed she was not his wife and there is no relation between them. The man was charged with attempted murder.

Biker dead
A Lebanese man riding a motorcycle was killed in a collision with a vehicle on Airport Road. Police and paramedics rushed to the scene and found the motorcyclist in critical condition, but he died upon arrival to the hospital.
