Ministry suspends company promoting expired goods

KUWAIT: The Ministry of Commerce and Industry announced yesterday it suspended the operation of a cosmetics company accused of the fraudulent act of extending the expiry date of its products. The Ministry added in a press release that this company had also sold some 5,000 pieces of prohibited hair cream not registered at the Ministry of Health. Instructions were given to arrest members of the company who referred to the commercial court. — KUNA
