MoI grants amnesty to detained police

KUWAIT: The Ministry of Interior (MoI) has granted an amnesty to all detained police officers on the occasion of the holy month of Ramadan.

The decision has been made by Deputy Prime Minister and Interior Minister Sheikh Mohammad Al-Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah on humanitarian grounds to mark the advent of the holy month, a statement by the ministry noted.
