KUWAIT: Acting Undersecretary of the Ministry of Social Affairs and Labor (MSAL) Saad Al- Kharaz said a multipurpose hall was closed in Andalus, bringing the number of halls closed to 75 since administrative law 1291/2015 went into effect.

The closure was due to several violations from 2011 until 2015, and officials of the hall were summoned. He said the hall was inspected on Oct 23 and was found in violation of the law, which stipulates a hall can be closed if it is used as a commercial entity or to get financial returns directly or indirectly
