KUWAIT: Kuwait Municipality Director Ahmad Al-Manfouhi issued a decision on the activities to be allowed to operate between 5:00 am and 4:00 pm, outside of the curfew period taken as precautionary measures to prevent the spread of COVID-19.
The first article stipulates that all stores, shopping malls and supermarkets would be closed for customers and only use online shopping, with the exemption of the following:

1- Various types of foodstuff and supplies stores an markets.

2- Laundromats.

3- Various type of repair shops.

4- Automobile repair, maintenance and spare parts.

5- Money exchangers.

6- Pharmacies.

7- Various types of restaurants.

8- Optical shops.

9- Administrative offices.

10- Cooking gas branches.

11- Co-ops' family needs branches.

12- Feed shops.

The second article of the decision determined the industrial and craft activities, which are licensed by the Public Authority for Industry (PAI), allowed to open as follows:

1- Food.

2- Petrochemicals.

3- Gases.

4- Plastic.

5- Cardboard and paper.

Other activities will be allowed after obtaining PAI approval. The decision set the working hours for the activities in articles 1 and 2 from 5:00 am to 4:00 pm. The curfew starts from 5:00 pm to 4:00 am every day until further notice.
