Municipality inspects food safety

KUWAIT: Kuwait Municipality continued its inspection campaigns that include food stores, restaurants and co-ops. The Mubarakiya center carried out a campaign that included butcher shops, restaurants and the fish market. The campaign resulted in destroying 49 kg of fish unfit for human consumption.

Airport security

Director General of Airport Security Brigadier Waleed Al-Saleh said authorities at the Kuwait International Airport are ready to receive passengers, whether arriving or departing. He said with the return of pilgrims, many citizens and expats will also return to be ready for schools. He said that Kuwait airport saw 1,172,019 passengers, 625,518 departing and 546,501 arriving.

Fire equipment

Deputy Director General for the Prevention Sector Brig Khalid Abdullah Fahd made along with a team from the sector a field visit to stores that sell fire equipment and listened to their opinions and suggestions, as well as the obstacles they face, and promised them more cooperation.
