KUWAIT: As part of its contributions in developing the capabilities of human resources in government bodies, National Bank of Kuwait (NBK) is organizing a training program for the staff of Ports Security Affairs of the Ministry of Interior on the protocols of dealing with the public and customer service. The program is attended by 75 participants and comprises several sessions and workshops.

The program was launched in a reception ceremony in the presence of Assistant Undersecretary of the Ministry of Interior for Ports Security Affairs, Major General Mansour M Al-Awadhi, and Emad Al-Ablani, General Manager of Group Human Resources at National Bank of Kuwait.

On this occasion, Ablani said: "At NBK, we are pleased with this partnership aiming to provide training for MOI Ports Security Affairs staff, as it reflects the trust placed in NBK as a leading bank with strong relationships with the local community."
