Non-Kuwaiti employees replacement

KUWAIT: Sources at the Civil Service Commission (CSC) said that government bodies had been responding to its instructions concerning reducing the number of non-Kuwaiti employees and reaching their targeted numbers within five years. The replacement policy has been suspended for years and was recently revived upon correspondence between CSC and various ministries, including the Ministry of Education to provide job opportunities exclusively to Kuwaitis in the following fields: data processors, administrative staff, educational service staff, secretaries, typists, clerks, operators, security, media, public relations, information technology and development staffs to Kuwaitis.
