KUWAIT: The price of Kuwait oil went down $1.30 to $44.17 per barrel (pb) Friday after being at $46.47 pb the day before, said Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) yesterday. The prices were also went down on the global level with Brent Blend future contracts for September reaching $47.15 pb, while the ones for West Texas Intermediate for next August reached 44.59 pb. —KUNA
