KUWAIT: Ooredoo Kuwait participated in the final event of the Kuwait Baseball and Softball Committee, which took place last week in Sheikh Fahad Al-Ahmed Al-Sabah fields in the Kuwait Equestrian Club. The event saw the attendance of hundreds of baseball and softball enthusiasts and professionals from all age groups. Among the guests of the final event were Minister of Information Mohammad Al-Jabri, the Ambassdor of Kuwait to Japan Takashi Ashiki, in addition to representatives of this season's sponsors. The Kuwait Baseball and Softball Committee was represented by committee president Mazen Al Essa, committee vice president Ahmed Al Majed, and committee secretary Saud Alayoub.

The event included several activities by baseball and softball players, in addition to a special awarding ceremony for the distinguished players of the season, which will commence a new edition next fall. The event also included an awarding ceremony for the sponsors of the league, for their support of one of the region's oldest baseball and softball leagues, which started its activities during the seventies.
