KUWAIT: The higher organizing committee of HH the Crown Prince Sheikh Nawaf Al- Ahmad Al-Jaber Al-Sabah Shooting Tournament, which starts today at Sheikh Sabah Al-Ahmad Olympic Shooting Complex, inspected facilities and ranges to make sure all is set and ready. President of Kuwait and Arab Shooting Federations, Chairman of HOC Eng Duaij Al-Otaibi said efforts of all committees are evident in preparations that were being made for the start of the season, with one of the most important events which is the CP tournament, who sponsors this major tournament in which all Kuwaiti shooters participate including shooters of Saad Al- Abdallah Shooting Academy in the various Olympic skeet, trap, double trap, rifle, pistol and archery.

He said Kuwait shooters are known for making significant achievements in most of their participations at the Gulf, continental and international events. Eng Duaij Al-Otaibi, on behalf of Kuwait Shooting Sport Club Board members and all those involved in the shooting sport, thanked HH the Crown Prince for his continued support and care for shooters, and for this very important tournament which declares the start of the 2016/2017 season.

He also thanked the representative of HH the Crown Prince, Information Minister, State Minister for Youth Affairs Sheikh Salman Sabah Al-Salem Al-Humoud Al- Sabah, for his keen interest in developing Kuwait sport in general and shooting in particular, and shooters are always happy to see Sheikh Salman among them. Eng Duaij Al-Otaibi thanked Public Authority for Sports and its Director General Sheikh Ahmad Mansour Al-Ahmad Al-Sabah and his deputies for their support
