Private schools not allowed to ban nonpaying students from taking finals

KUWAIT: Education Ministry's assistant undersecretary for private education affairs Abdul Mohsen Al-Howailah warned all private schools against barring students from sitting for the final exams because of not paying tuition fees. Howailah promised to take serious measures against schools that violate such regulations, as well as against those collecting extra unauthorized fees.
