Forum put spotlight on digital transformation

The participation was in cooperation with Alcatel Lucent, and the event was held by IDC, a leader in organizing forums for Information Technology both regionally and internationally.

Held for the first time in Kuwait, the Forum took place in conjunction with a number of Arab cities, aimed at professionals and decision makers that are keen on IT and the developments in the technology field.  This year's topic for discussion was "Digital Transformation: Leveraging IT to Future Proof Your Business" highlighting the need to embark on the digital transformation journey. The challenge poses the need to enable a smooth transition between existing systems and new technologies, without disruptions in operations or customer experiences. The speakers also shared best practices in embracing digital transformation, empowering professionals to explore strategies for improving efficiency, fostering innovation, reducing costs, and increasing business competitiveness.
