KUWAIT: A Special National Day and Liberation Day Transmission "AP Ki MEHFIL" was organized by Radio Kuwait Urdu Service to celebrate 60 years of Kuwait independence and 30 years of liberation in a colorful style. A Special program was arranged and broadcasted to mark the special day with full enthusiasm.

Syed Sajjad Haider, Ambassador of Pakistan to the state of Kuwait, Major General Muhammad Ashikuzzaman, Ambassador of Bangladesh to the state of Kuwait and Sibi George, Ambassador of India to the state of Kuwait, were among the participants who extended their well wishes for Kuwaiti rulers, government and citizens from their respective government and citizens.

They praised all the efforts by Kuwaiti government and all their departments to combat COVID-19 pandemic. They urged their citizens to celebrate the Kuwait National Day keeping MOH guidelines and abiding by the Kuwait laws. Many well-known community figures from Pakistan, Bangladesh and India also participated through live calls and messages to extend their greetings to Kuwait government and citizens on this occasion.

The broadcast was hosted by Radio Kuwait Urdu Service Announcers, Nida Mirza and Razia Ashraf whereas Aboobacker Payyoli was coordinator and Anees Backer was the Sound Engineer of the show. The program was headed by Shejoun Al-Sabah, Director of Programs, Foreign Services and Shejoun Al-Marshoud, Supervisor of Programs, Foreign Services. At the end of the broadcast, Dua was offered for the Progress and prosperity of Kuwait.
