Retired officers hold first coordination meeting

KUWAIT: The Retired Officers Association held its first coordination meeting of retired officers of the ministry of defense, ministry of interior, National Guard and Kuwait Fire Force at the Kuwait Lawyers Association. Chairman of the Board of Directors of the association, Faisal Al-Jazzaf, said at the outset of the meeting that the retired officers in their various positions served the country with pride and honor.

“This conference came to discuss participation in voluntary programs as well as to showcase security and social awareness through experienced specialists who have gained experience in their field for many years,” Jazzaf explained. “A number of retired officers discussed the work and achievements of the association as well as raised the possibility of benefiting from their technical expertise to continue serving the country,” he added, looking forward to achieving this through the Retired Officers Association. Vice Chairman of the association Nader Shaaban expressed his thanks and appreciation to the attendees, and confirmed that work is underway to develop everything related to the association.
