MOSCOW: Russian President Vladimir Putin on Tuesday affirmed Moscow's readiness to maintain constructive cooperation with the State of Kuwait at various levels including urgent international issues. President Putin, during a ceremony where Kuwait's Ambassador Mansour Ayyad Al-Otaibi handed over his credentials at the Kremlin, also noted that Russia would pursue coordination with Kuwait at the external policies' level, not only with respect to issues related to the Middle East but also regarding urgent international affairs. Putin, in his statement aired by the Russian television, noted that there has been no optimal benefit from the economic, commercial and investment potentials between the two countries -- indicating his desire to see further efforts for boosting the bilateral ties and cooperation between the two countries.
