Saudi mulls recruiting maids through Kuwait

KUWAIT: In a bid to control the prohibitively high cost of hiring domestic workers in Saudi Arabia, the Saudi Shura council urged the Saudi ministry of labor to coordinate with relevant authorities to hire domestic laborers through special offices in Kuwait and other Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) states.

Investor charged

The Capital Markets Authority (CMA) yesterday filed a complaint with the public prosecutor against an investor, accusing him of taking part in Kuwait Stock Exchange (KSE) activities without obtaining an official license to do so, which is a violation of law 7/2010.
