Shooters preparing for Sheikh Jaber Cup

KUWAIT: Kuwait Shooting Sport Club will organize the Sheikh Jaber Al-Abdullah Al-Jaber Al-Sabah Cup from Jan 19-21. Shooters from the club, National Guard and Kazakh federation will compete in the 25m pistol, 50m three position rifle and Olympic archery for men and women. Concerned committees are preparing for the event to bring out as best as possible from all aspects of the game.

President of Kuwait and Arab Shooting Federation Duaij Khalaf Al-Otaibi said the club is happy to organize the Sheikh Jaber Al-Abdullah Al-Jaber Al-Sabah Cup, adding he is exerting efforts for the sake of Kuwait's prosperity. Otaibi hoped Kuwait shooters excel and exert their best efforts during the tournament, especially as they are preparing for upcoming international tournaments to qualify for the Paris 2024 Olympics.
