does starting a business mean to you? In my opinion, starting a small business should serve the community - either by services and products you are providing or by jobs that you can provide people. I know that starting a business means taking a risk, but here are simple ways to minimize any legal risks for all entrepreneurs starting new businesses:

  1. License: Discuss with a lawyer the type of license you need and the pros and cons of such a license.

  2. Shareholders' agreement: I cannot emphasize this enough - having a legal document between your partners and you is very crucial from the beginning, even if your partners are family members or friends. The obligations and responsibilities of each party should be laid out from the beginning - this can be done through a contract or through the constitutional documents of the company. The constitutional documents of the company are the license and the articles of association, a document that is certified by the ministry.

  3. Employment agreements: Make sure everyone working in the company including the founders/partners have employment agreements with the company and are registered officially as employees.

  4. Trademarks and copyright: You would want to trademark your logo and copyright any artistic or creative work.
