KUWAIT: A man was found dead in the stairwell of a Farwaniya building with marks of a rope around his neck, said security sources, noting that on receiving the report, an ambulance was immediately dispatched to the scene, but the man was already dead upon their arrival.

Initial investigations showed that the man was an Indian national who might have committed suicide. A case was filed and further investigations are in progress.
