KUWAIT: Three people were injured in a two-vehicle collision reported at the Second Ring Road Thursday night. Firemen had to cut one vehicle open in order to free the persons who were trapped inside. Paramedics rushed the three to the hospital afterwards. Meanwhile, an investigation was opened to determine the circumstances behind the accident.
