KUWAIT: The ministry of services launched a new service to track postal parcels by SMS, said undersecretary Kholoud Al-Shehab, noting that once a parcel arrives in Kuwait, a text message will sent to the recipient's registered mobile number in both English and Arabic including the parcel's details and post office information for pickup. - Meshaal Al-Enezi
