As most of you may know, my job requires 'A LOT' of traveling which can be very tiring with constant flights back and forth and jet lag. Over the years, I've come up with some travel beauty hacks which help with making sure I stay fresh and looking my best.

1. Staying make up free while on a flight

I usually try not to wear make up when I'm flying because cabin air is dry which can lead to flaky skin and breakouts if you're wearing heavy make up, so I always make sure I keep make up wipes with me to remove my make up and freshen up if I'm feeling like I need a pick me up.

2. Moisturize Moisturize Moisturize!

Keeping your skin moisturized during a flight is so important if you want to stay looking fresh until you land. I always keep a thick moisturizer with me, which I use like a face mask so I'll apply a thick layer to my face and leave it on for the duration of the flight. I find that doing this makes a huge difference to the appearance of my skin!

3. Stay Hydrated.

Staying hydrated is one of the best ways to maintain good skin. I love to keep a refillable water bottle with me that can easily be refilled during the flight to remind me to drink water and stay hydrated! Juices and green tea can also give you a nutritional boost to keep you staying healthy and avoiding the plane germs and potentially getting sick.

4. Clean & Fresh Hair

Lets not forget our hair! We all know that flights can leave your hair looking worse for wear so its important to use products that will keep your hair looking clean and fresh. Dry shampoo will be your best friend during a flight! My favorite dry shampoo brand is Batiste because they have so many different formulas and scents and I find that their products work amazing on my hair. Just a few spritzes into my hair can really make a difference and add some volume and texture, which I love.

5. Multi-use Products

Packing multi-use products is the best way to pack light but also have everything you need with you! I usually don't have much time to get ready once I arrive at a destination so I like to keep multi-use products in my carry on so I can quickly do my make up before landing. Some of my favorites are:

* Tinted moisturizers with SPF that work as a moisturizer, sun protectant, and give coverage.

* Two in one cheek and lip color

* Under eye brightener which reduces dark circles and puffiness as well as moisturizes

* Setting spray which can be used to freshen up during the flight as well as to set your make up

* Brown eyeliner which can be smudged along your lids as eye shadow and used as regular eyeliner.

* Lip salve, which can be used on lips, cuticles, and even the ends of your hair.

Quick tip: Toothpaste is a great multi use product to keep with you to use as a blemish treatment. Toothpaste contains antibacterial ingredients that work amazing at reducing the size and color of a blemish!
