TSC launches Gold Card rewards program – Loyal customers to get unique shopping experience

KUWAIT: The Sultan Center announced yesterday the launch of TSC’s Gold Card Rewards Program, an addition to the current TSC Rewards Program designed to reward TSC’s most loyal customers with a unique shopping experience. Gold Card Members will receive additional reward card benefits that suits their lifestyle and will be provided with access to unrivaled benefits and distinguished rewards selected to reflect their Golden status.

The new launch was announced at a press conference held at the Millennium Hotel yesterday in presence of TSC’s executive and senior management, Gold Card partners as well as local business media representatives.

Commenting on the Gold Card Program, Mohamed Jalloul, Loyalty Card Manager at TSC said: “We are pleased to offer our loyal customers the new Gold Card which is exceptionally unique and offers them an exclusive shopping experience”, “As a Gold Card member, customers will be pampered with a range of unparalleled unique services , considerable discounts from a variety of individually chosen partners, monthly draws, priority check-out, first to know and so much more.” Jalloul confirmed that selected partners will be added on a monthly basis which would widen the rewards’ choices for Gold Card customers.

Unique benefits

Jalloul revealed more details about the new benefits of its Gold Card Rewards Program. Speaking to the Kuwait Times on the sidelines of the conference, he said, “Gold Card members will get better rewards and more targeted services. They also will get free services inside our stores such as free valet parking, fish cleaning, cooking, VIP cashier and price discount on more than five items every month,” he said.

He said, “There will be an auto draw every month in which the computer will select the names automatically. We will give away free TSC gift vouchers.”

Jalloul added that TSC will choose the top customers who shop worth of minimum KD 100 per month. “The customers will be automatically selected and contacted,” he said.

He noted that the Gold Card members will also get cash discounts with TSC partners. “TSC will have ten more new partners, big names in the market and we will announce the names soon,” he said.
“Our latest service is the Gold Club wherein we will categorize our customers in different clubs such as cheese lovers or meat lovers and so on. No more mass marketing or sending unwanted items to customers like sending meat offers to pure vegetarians. We have a smart system that will segregate the customers according to their needs when they shop,” he added.

Tailor-made

Wassim Makarem, Director of Marketing and E-Commerce at TSC, said: “we have designed the TSC Gold Card program with customers in mind. At TSC, we are committed to constantly indulging customers with a unique shopping experience tailored to meet their needs, services and satisfaction”. Those customers who enter into the Gold Card program will avail unprecedented awards tailor-made exclusively for them.

Makarem said that TSC would ensure that the royal customers would be rewarded more. “Gold members will get extra discounts and have access to VIP services. They can also get a 30 percent discount on cinema tickets and gain extra miles on Kuwait Airways,” he said.

Makarem said though the Gold Card was officially launched yesterday, the actual promotion will kick off from October 10 onwards. “We already selected 10,000 customers as Gold Card holders. They will be informed of it and its benefits,” he added.

Makarem told the Kuwait Times that TSC would also start its first online store. The online shopping will also be available via an app for the gold members who will have faster delivery than the regular customers. We are also bringing about a lot of changes to our stores which will be completed before the end of this year, he added.

Makram Malaeb, Commercial and Operations Director added, “We’re in the process of elevating our offering with the best variety and quality of products in town. In the process, we’re launching this program to reward our valuable clients with the highest customer service standards and a host of exclusive valuable benefits”.
