KUWAIT: The Civil Service Commission (CSC) recently expelled an Egyptian typist for disciplinary reasons after he engaged in a fight with a client. The quarrel reportedly started after the employee snapped a cellphone picture of the client when he fell asleep while waiting for his transaction to be completed. CSC formed an investigation committee that recommended expelling the typist for violating his job duties' regulations. CSC also announced the launch of a training program for law graduates registered in the system and those already working for government bodies to be appointed as employment affairs directors.
