KUWAIT: VIVA, Kuwait’s fastest-growing and most developed telecom operator, VIVA, will be selecting the top players who will attend Manchester United’s training program in UK. The top players will be selected from over 300 participants who joined the Manchester United’s tryouts, held from 28 to 30 April 2016, at Corner Soccer field near the Kuwait Towers, by a joint judging committee consisting of Manchester United coaches.

Players were judged based on their footballing capability and talent, physical fitness, discipline, their communication skills amid each other as players and their general conduct on and off the field. The training program focused on different technical areas, such as dribbling, short passing, turning and finishing. The programs were also designed to develop young players in other fields, such as tactical understanding, and mental, physical and social growth.

All the players will enjoy a fully funded weeklong training camp in Manchester, UK being trained by some of the best Real Madrid coaches. VIVA is also committed to supporting their sport activities, showcase their promising talents, and improve their skills while contributing to the development of the Kuwait sports sector in Kuwait.
