He added in a press release, ahead of the inauguration ceremony of Wadi Alsabeel Commercial Complex executed by KFH's subsidiary "Kuwaiti Manager", in presence of Prince Salman bin Hamad bin Isa Al-Khalifa, Crown Prince of Bahrain, Deputy Supreme Commander and the First Deputy Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Bahrain, that the project is the first of three other projects owned by Bahraini Defense Forces and executed by KFH's subsidiary company "Kuwaiti Manager". He indicated, on the sideline of his participation in the inaugural ceremony, that such projects affirm KFH's interest in operating in the genuine economy where KFH views the Kingdom of Bahrain and Kuwait as one country and one market within the confines of the GCC, and the cooperation framework among its peoples, reiterating KFH's confidence in the robust Bahraini economy that is characterized by an abundance of privileges and opportunities.

Meanwhile, Managing Director and CEO of KFH-Bahrain AbdulHakeem Al-Khayyat congratulated the Kingdom of Bahrain on this remarkable event represented by the opening of Wadi Alsabeel Commercial Complex that is considered as an added value to the retail sector. The complex has been designed in a unique style to create links between internal and external spaces. The complex encompasses three major sections which are restaurants, shops and entertainment venues.

Al-Khayyat added that this project will contribute in flourishing the retail sector in the Kingdom, while increasing job opportunities. He extended his thanks to the government of Bahrain for its ceaseless efforts in consistently providing the highest level of services offered to citizens and expatriates.

For his part, GM of the Kuwaiti Manager Holding Company, Eng. Mohammad Hamed Alshalfan said that the company, specialized in executing and managing real estate projects, has executed the project in an area of 40,000 square meters through its subsidiary Kuwaiti Manager- Bahrain. The project was delivered ahead of schedule with the commitment to implementing the highest standards in terms of construction and finishing. He expressed his appreciation to the Defense Forces for their interest in the project and their role in overcoming obstacles which resulted in outstanding results.

He revealed that the company is currently implementing two other projects for the Defense Forces which are the specialized clinics and parking lots with a value of BHD 21 million and a medical training complex project with a value of BHD 7 million, in addition to other projects in the Kingdom.

It is noteworthy that the company executed many projects in Kuwait such as the Headquarters of the Ministry of Awqaf under the supervision of the Public Work Ministry, the public building and services in Alwafra project in favor of the Public Institution of Residential Care, Hanagers project owned to the National Guard, Kuwait National Museum Project and many others.
