KUWIAT: The organizing committee of Winter Wonderland Kuwait issued a statement confirming its keenness to gradually increase the number of tickets for the public and deal with cases of tickets sold on the black market. "In response to what was raised on social media about the unavailability of Winter Wonderland Kuwait tickets and incidents of ticket sales on the black market, the organizing committee is interested in clarifying the following for transparency: Since its opening, the website for booking tickets has attracted thousands of visitors who took the initiative to book their tickets with ease," it said, noting that a maximum of 10 tickets can be reserved by each person.

The events have attracted thousands of visitors who expressed their satisfaction with the reservation procedures and the high level of organization at the project site. The project operates in accordance with the highest standards of security, safety and organization followed at international entertainment sites. Therefore, a specific capacity has been determined, which will gradually be increased within days to reach the maximum allowable level. The event will be opened to the largest number of visitors and the number of tickets will be increased gradually without affecting the quality of services provided to the public, the committee said.

"Incidents of selling tickets on the black market will be controlled and new mechanisms will be put in place to deal with this matter, and we confirm that these cases do not reflect the general image of the organized work that is being conducted. Some individual actions may occurred that have nothing to do with the project at all.

We affirm that we are dealing with any case that is discovered or reported in accordance with legal procedures that preserve the rights of everyone, especially the public. We also affirm that providing a safe entertainment environment according to the highest quality standards remains our foundation, far from any material goals," the committee said.
