KUWAIT: Two matches in the URC women's futsal league will take place on Saturday at Kuwait Sports Club Hall. At 4:00 pm, Fatayat Al-Oyoun, which is yet to collect a point and is in last place, will meet second-placed Al-Tadhamon (at 15 points), followed at 6:00 pm with an expected competitive match between Fatayat, the current champions leading the standings with 18 points, and Kuwait, which is in third place with 9 points.

Tadhamon girls will seek to repeat their win over Fatayat Al-Oyoun in the third round, when they won 7-1, and it is unlikely that Fatayat will surprise anyone. Meanwhile, Fatayat coach Mohammad Al-Kandari hopes to continue leading the league in the round before last in the preliminaries, while Kuwait looks forward to avenge their 4-1 loss in the third round. The semifinals will be played on Jan 28.
