Workers caught up in Gulf crisis

KUWAIT: Mubarak Al-Abdullah Joint Command and Staff College concluded on Thursday the Strategic Level Senior Leadership Qualification Program in the presence of the College Commander, Major General Pilot Fahad Al-Khurainij. The program aims to develop the understanding and awareness of commanding officers in national, regional and global strategic context and to develop knowledge and capabilities that will help them analyze and plan so as to achieve the supreme national goals and interests. Personnel from the Ministries of Defense, Interior, the National Guard, and the General Fire Department attended the event. — KUNA
