"The event today is part of an international roadshow, where we have launching events in many countries and Kuwait is our first stop in the Middle East," she said. The aim of the roadshow is to engage with the customers and help them familiar with the new offerings and new products.

Li pointed out, "Xerox is going to launch 29 ConnectKey in the market; it is very significant for us. The latest technology will be demonstrated in the event to show people how it works."

"The process of getting a work done has moved from the desktop to your pocket. We have built a portfolio of true workplace assistants tightly connected to the mobile and cloud technology environment that accommodates this evolution. Information flows easily from the device to cloud repositories like Dropbox, Office 365 or Google Drive. Mobile workers can print wirelessly from any computing device," she explained.

The new ConnectKey portfolio transforms traditional printing devices into smart, connects workplace assistants that reflect the evolving needs of today's businesses. Personalized workflows, one-touch access to the cloud and multi-layered security features are the new print, copy and fax technology.

Li told Kuwait Times that the new products can be controlled by many users via a touchscreen that comes with many languages and can be customized automatically by the need of the workplace or the person at work. "The new printer has the capability to translate and that can be edited and printed by an app in smart devices. The multi-touch experience now finds its way to the printer or multifunction printer you'll depend on to get work done quickly and easily. Download apps directly from the Xerox App Gallery, and customize your interface to keep the apps you use most front and centre, " Li added.

She affirmed that security is a top priority for every business and with Xerox everyone can work without worries, where the four-point approach to security ensures comprehensive and all-encompassing protection for all system components and points of vulnerability. It offers protection from unauthorized access to devices; keeps confidential communications and information safe with encryption and image overwrite; audits device access attempts and protects both data and device from malicious intent.

Li said, "According to statistics, there is a high demand for smart devices in Kuwait market, making a good opportunity to run this kind of campaign. We have been working with Al-Ghanim for more than 14 years now. And we will continue to work with Al-Ghanem and all these new products are available in their showrooms," she said.
