KUWAIT: The renovated Yom Al-Bahhar heritage village received visitors on Sunday after a period of closure for rebuilding and maintenance. Scores of people including families and children flocked to the village as it opened its doors to visitors. They walked through the new grandiose sections of the building which have the traditional architectural style narrating the stories of a glorious past to the new generation.

The village includes an area for entertainment for children and about 50 sale points that can be used for Kuwaiti food and heritage objects. It also has business locations for small and medium projects, in addition to a heritage museum that will be open to public on a weekly basis. The village will also be a starting station for broadcasting different programs on KTV1.-KUNA
